For more plant-based alternatives: let's take action together at Skema BS!

Did you know that meat production is responsible for 14.5% of global greenhouse gas emissions, more than the entire transport sector? And that excessive consumption of red meat is associated with increased health risks, including cardiovascular diseases and certain types of cancer?

At Skema BS, we want to take action. In line with our school's values, which promote innovation and environmental responsibility, we have decided to launch an ambitious project: to enhance the offerings of the Crous cafeteria on the Sophia Antipolis campus with tasty, balanced, and affordable vegetarian alternatives.

Why is this important?

Our goal is simple: to show that it is possible to eat well, enjoy delicious meals, and respect the planet.

Currently, the available vegetarian options are limited, often lack variety, and are not always budget-friendly. With your support, we hope to work with Crous Nice-Toulon to offer a more appealing and well-balanced selection that meets the needs of students.

We need your help to make our voices heard! Sign our petition to show that many of us want more sustainable and diverse food options at Skema BS. Together, let's make a difference and contribute to a healthier future for ourselves and our environment.

Feel free to share your recommendations in the comments!

Thank you for your support!
